The strap goes over the withers directly measures 25.5" tip to tip

Their site estimates this is their Medium/Full Horse size. All straps are adjustable, so there is room to size appropriately.

The top handle strap measures 19" tip to tip.
The breast plate is rounded, so very hard to take a measurement.

Medium/Full size fits most horses 15.3-16.2 Hands (160cm-170cm) Most Thoroughbreds and warmbloods fit in this category.   

Due to three adjustment points, exact measurements for the Free Motion Breastplate are not possible.
