Returns

We gladly accept requests for a return within 2 weeks of the date of delivery to the customer. Unfortunately, due to safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of helmets. Return requests must be emailed to hello@tackandtweed.com. The item(s) must arrive back in the same condition sent with the initial tags attached.

If you are requesting a return outside of this window, the item does not have original tags, has been damaged, or has excessive use no refund will be given. However, the item may be eligible for reconsignment. You can reach out to Tack and Tweed at tackandtweed@gmail.com for details.

You will be emailed a prepaid return label and return form. You may also purchase your own shipping label at your expense.
If you use the emailed prepaid shipping label, $10 will be deducted from your return when your item is processed to cover the cost of the return shipment. If you purchased your own shipping label, you will not be charged the $10 fee. This fee is waived if you choose an exchange or store credit. International orders are responsible for their return shipping.

Returns can take up to 7 business days to be refunded to the original form of payment. Any special requests or needs, please contact us.
