We gladly accept return requests of our items in their original condition, within 2 weeks of the date of delivery to the customer.
We do not regularly accept returns for items outside this window or for items under $20 due to the rising cost of shipping. We do not accept returns on final closeout items.
Unfortunately, due to safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of helmets and cartridge safety vests.
All return requests must be emailed to hello@tackandtweed.com. The item(s) must arrive back in the same condition sent, with the initial tags attached.
If you are requesting a return outside of this window, the item does not have original tags, has been damaged, or has excessive use, no refund will be given. However, the item may be eligible for reconsignment. You can reach out to Tack and Tweed at hello@tackandtweed.com for details.

You will be emailed a prepaid return label. You may also purchase your own shipping label at your expense, we will send you the correct return shipping address. The shipping amount processed for the return will be deducted to cover the cost of the return shipment. This return charge is waived if you choose an exchange or store credit. International orders are responsible for their return shipping.
Returns can take up to 7 business days to be refunded to the original form of payment. Any special requests or needs, please contact us.
